Warriors Leave Florida Undefeated
Softball team wins all six games in Spring Break tournament.

The Warriors won all six games they played against teams from different parts of the country in the Disney Softball Spring Training Tournament held at the ESPN Softball Complex in Orlando.
Opening on March 26, Deerfield defeated Danville, 16-8, before blanking New York Poly Prep, 10-0.

The victories continued on Tuesday with another shutout, 14-0 over Trinity of New York and a 6-1 win over Amherst (WI). Deerfield finished with two games Thursday as it edged St. Shephand St. Agnes of Virginia and then defeated New York’s Fieldston, 11-4.
According to parent Ruth Spiro, who went on the trip, every member of the team made a contribution to the six wins.
