Warriors Star Performers:  breezed to a win in No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-1 as well as teaming with Harrison Crist to win at No. 2 doubles.

Other Notable Warrior Performances:       Other winners were Jack Kasbeer (No. 3 singles), Jordan Miller (No. 7 singles) and Jordan Miller (No. 7 singles).

Who’s Next:   The Warriors entertain Fremd, Stevenson and Lake Forest at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

Warriors Star Performers:  Winners were Toby Ma (No. 2 singles) and Noah Rosenblat (No. 3 singles) along with the tandem of Nate Klein and George Vanderkloot (No. 4 doubles).

Girls’ Water Polo

The Final Score:        Deerfield-Highland Park 8, Northside College Prep 3 

Warriors Star Performer:    Goalie Kaitlyn Gilbert had 14 saves.

Other Notable Warrior Performances:       Becca Moll and Lex Scanlon had solid defensive performances, according to Coach Kyle Iversen.

Who’s Next:   The Warrior Giants head to the Elk Grove Invitational at 2:15 p.m. Saturday. 

The Bottom Line:      Iverson credits a solid team effort as the key to victory.

Warriors Star Performer:    Emily Shanker hit a two-run homer.

Other Notable Warrior Performances:       Nicki Chamberlain-Simon smacked a triple and an RBI single. Sami Horwitz and Dana Mercola also drive in ruins.

Who’s Next:   The Warriors entertain Glenbrook North 4:45 p.m. today. 

The Bottom Line:      The Vikings scored 11 runs in the top of the first inning making the Warriors four-run first insufficient.
