School Choice Discussion at Trinity Tonight
Journalist and author will talk about choices in education.
Fox News Channel political analyst Juan Williams and author Michael Medved will lead a discussion about school choice including charter schools and home schooling at 7 p.m. today at in Deerfield.
The event is part of the activities surrounding National School Choice Week running through Saturday, according to a news release from event organizers. Events this week will focus on the need for options like public charter schools, private schools, virtual schools, and homeschooling.
Planned by a diverse and bipartisan coalition of citizens and organizations from across the country, National School Choice Week will reach hundreds of communities and tens of millions of Americans in 2012, according to the release.
