Fresh Thyme Opening Date Set for June 25
The new Deerfield grocery store is the second Fresh Thyme in the state. Jobs are still available at the Waukegan Road store.
Deerfield’s new Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market grocery store will open June 25, the company announced Wednesday.
The Cadwell Corners store at 35 Waukegan Road is the second Fresh Thyme to open in the state. A Mount Prospect Fresh Thyme opened last month.
The store will open on the 25th at 7 a.m., with a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. The first 250 shoppers will get a reusable shopping bag filled with $50 worth of healthy groceries. There will also be other giveaways, food samples and live entertainment.

The company said that it has already hired locals for both managerial and hourly jobs at the store, but there are sill full- and part-time positions open, which you can apply for on the company’s website.
