DHS Girls Win CSL North Soccer Championship
A tie against GBN was enough to earn Deerfield the title.
A tie against Glenbrook North Tuesday night was enough to earn the Deerfield High School girls soccer team the CSL North championship.
Mark Mulert, who shot the great photos above, reports that the team was up 1-0 going into the last four minutes of the game, when GBN scored. Still, the tie provided good reason to celebrate.
