Speed Agility & Injury Prevention - 3 Day Camp

Wish your athlete was a little quicker; have that extra burst of speed? Your athlete will learn how to improve their running form. Trainers will use a scientifically proven formula to increase your speed, agility, and explosiveness: three key skills required to be great at any sport. Camp will include video analysis of the athlete’s running form and timings in 8 House of Speed drills to be entered in our tracking tool: MySpeed.
Each athlete will receive a free t-shirt. Have a copy of your athlete’s running form analysis by purchasing a media book CD.

House of Speed believes in the importance of overall athleticism and maintaining a healthy body. We have partnered with a local business that provides youth yoga training – Yoga Bash. Once we have put the athletes through a hard workout, it’s valuable to cool down and stretch. The final 30 minutes of each day will focus on breathing techniques, movement, music and relaxation to increase athletic ability and prevent injury. The program has been specifically tailored to both male and female athletes who want to reach the next level.
