Speed Agility Weekly Clinic
Great for All Sports!
Wish your athlete was a little quicker; have that extra burst of speed? Your athlete will learn how to improve their running form. Trainers will use a scientifically proven formula to increase your speed, agility, and explosiveness: three key skills required to be great at any sport.
We offer a soccer specific group on Fridays. We add the soccer ball to several drills which increases the intensity.

Our clinics run weekly all year round same time. Also open Thursdays and Sundays.
