Kids in grades 3-8 learn positioning, break downs, stand-ups, pinning, rules, strength and conditioning from Shepard Middle School coach Andy Staniszewski, with guest appearance by Deerfield High School varsity coach Marc Pechter. The program runs Monday through Friday Oct. 24 throug Nov. 4.
