VIDEO: Moyer Leads Scoring Attack for Water Polo Team
HPHS senior helps lead Giant/Warriors water polo to team's best conference finish.
The Highland Park/Deerfield coop water polo team has proved they can't be taken lightly.
"We're just trying to show that Highland Park/Deerfield coop is not the team it used to be," Highland Park High School senior Notie Moyer said. "We're not going to go down without a fight."
Moyer is a big reason why HP/Deerfield is having one of their best seasons in recent years. They beat Evanston 13-12 on Tuesday night with the help of five goals from Moyer and the game winner from Clay Weber with 53 seconds left in the game (Shown in the second video above).

Moyer is averaging five goals per game this season. He posted a season-high nine goals against New Trier and has recorded seven-goal games on three different occasions. The senior from Highland Park will be playing club water polo at the University of Colorado next year.
