Warriors Field Hockey Team Beats Homewood-Flossmoor Saturday

Warriors’ Star Performers: Deerfield's Field Hockey team on Saturday won against Homewood-Flossmoor High School by 3 to 1. Deerfield's Brittney Silvers, Lizzie Schraider and Lexi Ginsberg made goals during the game. 

Other Notable Warrior Performances: In boys' golf, Ian Kelsey and Ari Marks shot a 76, Colin Davis shot a 78, Jacob Krugman shot an 81, Scott Boorstein shot an 83 during a tournament at Wheeling High School on Saturday.  

In girl' golf, Anna Cohen shot an 87 and tied for 10th place individually. Lauren Kelsey shot an 89, Carrie Tappani shot a 90, and Charli Saul shot at 91 at a game at Highland Park High School on Saturday. 

Who’s Next: The Warriors boys' golf team has a home game against Warren High School on Sept. 18 and the girls' golf team has an away game against Libertyville and Vernon Hills high schools.
