WARRIORS DELIVER BIG IN FATHER'S DAY WOODEN BAT TOURNAMENT

The Deerfield Travel Baseball (DYBA) program had a very strong Wooden Bat Tournament over Father's Day weekend!!! 

Deerfield was represented in the winner's bracket at every age-group, won three championships, and was runner-up in three more.  Tournament titles went to Gregg Orloff's 9 Red, Terry Platt's 10 Red, and Todd Rubin's 11 Red. 2nd place honors went to Andrew Bleiman's 8U, Jake Katz' 11 Gray and Steve Downs' 13 Red.  Brian Crane's 9 Gray, Ross Friedman's 10 Gray, Zues' 12 Red and Coach Mayer's 14 Red all made it to the semi-finals.  And it appeared all the players, coaches and families had a great Father's Day weekend.
