Pre trial dates set for Deerfield teens indicted for invading Highland Park home.

An attorney for one of the Deerfield teens charged in an August 2 invasion of a Highland Park home told a Lake County Criminal Court judge today in Waukegan he continues to gather information to defend his client. Chris Cronson, representing Joseph Mahoney of Deerfield, one of the two defendants in the case, told Judge Daniel Shanes he needs additional time to prepare his client’s defense.
