Coho's having fun along the way

Variety Is the Spice of Ewing’s Swimming Life

When it comes to college, Ewing’s future is set with the decision in his hands. He has been accepted as a student and swimmer to Kalamazoo College in Michigan and …

Olivia is always willing to try something new. At ten years old, she is a girl who definitely knows what she likes. Whether it is to humor me or it is a true adventurous spirit she is always willing to give something a try. This month, she tried out a Boxing class for kids age 6-13. They work on cardio, strength and real boxing technique. She walked out of the first class with a smile on her face telling me everything she learned. Go Liv! Watching Olivia’s class, my husband Rob was so excited and pumped about it; he started attending an adult Hot …
