Bannockburn Police Blotter: Man Arrested for DUI

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bannockburn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

John Dennhardt, 27, of Lake Bluff was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding, according to Bannockburn Police reports.  Police clocked Dennhardt driving his vehicle 57 miles per hour in a 40-mile-per hour zone on Half Day Road near Lakewood Drive, according to the report. Police smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.  After police asked Dennhardt to exit the vehicle, a strong odor of alcohol was noticed coming from his person and his eyes were red, according to the report. He failed field sobriety tests and refused to take a breath test.  Dennhardt was released on his own recognizance and will appear in Lake County Court at 9 a.m. Nov. 28 in Waukegan, according to the report.  To better …

Police Blotter: Police Arrest Woman for DUI, Man for Marijuana Possession

The following arrest information was supplied by the Deerfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI Darlene Lee Ann Carter, 46, of Deerfield was arrested Oct. 18 for driving under the influence, according to Deerfield Police reports. Police spotted Carter driving westbound on Longfellow Ave. at 1:10 a.m. with no lights illuminated and stopped her after she turned northbound onto Waukegan Road, according to the report. Carter was chewing gum and the officer smelled a “feint odor of alcohol.” Carter failed three field sobriety tests and registered a .094 blood alcohol level during a field breath test, according to the report. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 9 a.m. Nov. 14. Police Blotter: Speeding Leads to DUI Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Deerfield Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI  Maksin Belycanskiy, 29, of Hawthorn Woods was arrested was arrested June 27 for driving under the influence and illegal transportation of alcohol, according to Deerfield Police reports.  Police spotted Belycanskiy driving eastbound on Lake Cook Road near the intersection of Deer Lake Road at 60 miles per hour in a 40-mile-per-hour zone, according to the report. After stopping Belycanskiy, the officer smelled alcohol and observed opened bottles of beer in the back seat of the car.  Belycanskiy registered a .144 blood alcohol level on a field breath test and .122 later at the Deerfield Police Station, according to the report. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Criminal Court at 9 a.m. July 24 in Waukegan.  Theft from…

Bannockburn Police Blotter: Arrests Made for DUI alcohol and drugs

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bannockburn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI (Drugs)  Bradley Preston, 21, of Lake Forest was arrested June 21 for driving under the influence (drugs), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, according to Bannockburn Police reports.  Police spotted Preston driving a white SUV turning left from Half Day Road onto northbound Waukegan Road, according to the report. Police stopped Preston when they said he was clocked driving 57 mph in a 45 mph zone and weaving within the lane boundaries.  According to the report, the officer smelled “a strong odor of fresh and burnt cannabis." Preston failed field sobriety tests. He was released on his own recognizance and will appear in Lake County Criminal Court at 9 a.m. July 27 in Waukegan.  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia  …
