Police Blotter: Police Make Arrests for Resisting Officer, DUI and More

DUI, Obstructing/Resisting a Police Officer and other offenses Shawn Billingslea, 30, of Waukegan was arrested Nov. 17 for driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, speeding and improper lane usage, according to Deerfield Police reports. A passenger in the car, Nicole Antoinette Billingslea, 27, of Waukegan was arrested for obstructing/resisting a police officer and illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger, according to the reports. Police observed Shawn Billingslea driving on Lake Cook Road when he veered to the right and across the driving lane at 50 miles per hour in a 40-mile per hour zone.
