Chicago restaurateur Mike Moore of Lake Forest decided to come home. After operating pasta and tapas eateries on Chicago’s trendy north side, Moore opened Pasta Palooza March 17 in downtown Lake Bluff. The restaurant, which is open from 11:30 a.m. through 9 p.m. daily, was full when we dined their Saturday. An Italian restaurant called Pasta Palooza is set to open in Lake Bluff by early March, according to the Gazebo News. The new restaurant, located at the Village Commons, will be owned by Lake Forest resident Michael Moore, the Gazebo News reports.
