Three Deerfield Homes Burglarized Friday

The woman claimed in the police report that the “subject peeked his head in and immediately jumped back out of sight” when he was spotted. A 75-year-old male, also home at the time, told police he was sitting on a coach downstairs when the incident occurred and didn’t see anyone enter or leave. The homeowner did tell authorities that the garage door and front door were open because he was cleaning his car. Police responded to a similar incident on May 5 at a residence along Carliles Avenue.
