Miguel Perez-Torres, 48, of Bellwood was arrested Thursday for driving with a revoked license, according to Bannockburn Police reports. Police observed Perez-Torres driving a vehicle without a visible license place on the front of the truck, according to the report. After making the stop, police discovered Perez-Torres’s license had been revoked and this was the sixth stop since the loss of driving privileges. Unlawful Delivery of Alcohol to a Minor Brian Livingston, 25, of Skokie was arrested March 6 for unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor, according to Deerfield Police reports. Police first observed Livingston and an 18-year-old female outside Livingston’s vehicle in the 900 block of Westcliff Lane, according to the report. The female appeared intoxicated to the police. Livingston first told police the female—he is her tennis instructor--texted him she was at a party, was drunk, was walking home and was lost, according to the report. He came to get her. Driver’s License Infractions Michael Huston, 52, of Lombard was arrested Dec. 12 for driving while using an electronic device and driving with a revoked license, according to Deerfield Police reports. Police spotted Huston driving eastbound on Deerfield Road near Wilmot School talking on a cellular phone, according to the report. After stopping him, a computer check showed Huston’s license had been revoked for driving while intoxicated. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 3 p.m. Jan. 22 in Park City. Mehrdead Bamshad, 50, of Deerfield was arrested Dec 9 for driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a stoplight, according to Deerfield Police reports.
