Bannockburn Police Blotter: Police Find Fugitive at Construction Site

Fugitive Apprehended Manuel Cervantes-Gradarrama, 32, of Chicago was apprehended by Bannockburn Police Nov. 28 on a fugitive warrant from Cook County, according to Bannockburn Police reports. There was no specific information on the charges which gave rise to the warrant. Police were driving by a construction site on Telegraph Road where there was no activity. Shortly after that, they returned to find a vehicle in the driveway, according to the report. Cervantes-Gradarrama and another man indicated they were painting the building for the contractor.
