Brad is a husband, father, businessman and community leader. He lives in Deerfield with his wife, Julie, and their two sons, Adam (18) and Daniel (17).

A two-time graduate of Northwestern University, Brad received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 1983 and his MBA in 1988. His successful career in strategic management consulting now spans more than 25 years. He has worked at both national and closely-held firms and has helped clients large and small succeed. As well, Brad owned and managed a life insurance agency from 1997 – 2003. In 2008, Brad founded Cadence Consulting Group, LLC.

Brad is also deeply involved in the community, including one of the largest non-profit social welfare institutions in the state, the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. He is a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and a participant in the “In Good Faith” program at Catholic Theological Union.

Among his most significant commitments, Brad coached his sons’ soccer and baseball teams for twelve years. He frequently volunteers at their schools.

When Brad isn’t on the campaign trail, he loves to be on the bike trail. He looks forward to meeting voters and hearing their views on how Congress can better serve them.
