Dear Deborah,
My name is Sarah Hughes and I manage publicity for the local League of Women Voters. I see you already posted our Candidate Fair event taking place on the 19th. I have more information regarding the event, and was hoping you wouldn't mind adding it to the event posting. Also, the candidate speeches are going to be recorded and posted on YouTube following the event. I've pasted below the copy from the flyer that was developed.

2:15-2:40—Break/Meet & Greet at Tables
2:40-3:40-- Oak Park Library Board (uncontested), District 97 Board of Education (uncontested), Park District of Oak Park (contested), Oak Park Village Board of Trustees (contested)

Candidates in uncontested races will have 1 ½ min. to introduce themselves. Candidates in contested races will have 3 min. to speak. No questions will be taken from the audience.
