Man Looks Suspicious, Police Find Gun

Nicholas Poulos, 27, of Glenview was arrested Oct. 30 for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance, improper lane usage and driving with one headlight illuminated, according to Deerfield Police reports.
Police observed Poulos in the vicinity of Waukegan and Warwick Roads driving with both driver side tires crossing the center dotted line, according to the report. After stopping him, police smelled a strong of alcoholic beverage on his breath. He failed a field sobriety test and recorded a blood alcohol level of .174 in a field test. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court at 9 a.m. Nov. 27 in Waukegan.

Driver’s License Infractions and More
Bibiano Guillen, 39, of Highland Park was arrested Oct. 27 for driving without a valid license, improper lane usage and driving an uninsured motor vehicle, according to Deerfield Police reports. After stopping him for improper lane usage, police learned Guillen did not have a license. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court at 3 p.m. Dec. 3 in Park City.
