Officer Recognizes Driver From Previous Stop, Makes Arrest

Arnulfo Dominguez, 48, of Chicago was arrested Saturday for driving with a revoked license, according to Bannockburn Police reports. Police recognized Dominguez and his vehicle from a previous arrest for the same offense in June. After approaching him in the parking lot at 1200 Lakeside Drive, the officer learned it was the same person and the license was still revoked. He was released on bond and was scheduled to appear in bond court later Saturday.
Mariusz Daniluk, 32, of Lake in the Hills was arrested Monday for driving without a valid license, speeding and driving an uninsured motor vehicle, according to Bannockburn Police reports. After stopping Daniluk for driving 58 miles per hour in a 40-mile-per-hour zone on Half Day Road near Lakewood Road, police learned he did not have a license. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 15 in Park City.
